At Messless, each organizer and vanity piece is thoughtfully crafted to bring both beauty and function into your space.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and preserved in their original packaging.

In the rare event your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours at messless.eg@gmail.com with supporting images.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that custom pieces and sale items are non-returnable.

As our collections are made from natural wood, subtle variations in grain, texture, and tone are part of the design—making every organizer and vanity uniquely yours. These characteristics are not considered imperfections.

For safety and handling standards, packages may not be opened at the door. We invite you to enjoy the unboxing experience once your order is safely received.
